What is included

Eligibility for 200 hour YTTC

At Kailasha Yoga Studio, our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course is open to sincere seekers who are ready to deepen their understanding of yoga — physically, mentally, and spiritually. You do not need prior teaching experience to join. This course is ideal for beginners and intermediate practitioners who have a basic familiarity with yoga postures and a genuine desire to grow.

Applicants should be physically and mentally prepared to participate in daily asana practice, pranayama, meditation, and theory sessions. More than flexibility or advanced poses, what truly matters is discipline, openness to learning, and commitment to personal transformation.

Since the course includes detailed discussions on philosophy, anatomy, Ayurveda, and teaching methodology, a basic understanding of English is required to follow instructions and actively participate in class.

Students must be at least 16 years of age to enroll. Above all, we welcome individuals who see yoga not just as exercise, but as a path of awareness, balance, and conscious living.

Curriculum for 200 hour YTTC
